PERTH, AUSTRALIA, May 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Independent Primary Schools Heads' Association (IPSHA) Performing Arts Festival is to be held at the Perth Exhibition Centre from June 15th to 17th 2011.

More than 1,800 students will take the stage over the course of the three days, with more than 6,000 audience members cheering the youngsters on.

All the action will take place at the Exhibition Centre's Riverside Theatre, with doors opening at 19:00 local time each day.

"This event showcases the exceptional performing arts talents of the students of our independent primary schools," remarked the organisers, in a statement.

Admission costs AU$20, with attendees able to buy tickets online or by calling the box office.

The IPSHA Performing Arts Festival is one of a host of major events taking place at the venue over the summer, ranging from the fun and exciting Miss Pole Dance WA Heat 2011-12 to the educational Master Builders Home Show and Future Energy Alliance Expo.

For visitors travelling to the facility by public transport, Esplanade Busport and train station are close by.
