Comedian Tim Vine is heading to Cornwall on his Joke-amotive tour.

CORNWALL, ENGLAND, March 30, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Stand-up star Tim Vine is set to share his love of puns with comedy fans in Cornwall later this year.

The comedian and actor, known for his amiable persona and rapid-fire one-liners, will bring his latest show The Joke-amotive to the Hall for Cornwall on Tuesday May 3rd.

A previous holder of the Guinness World Record for the most gags told in one hour, Vine's stand-up act is based around his flair for clever wordplay and a constant stream of puns.

He is a regular at the Edinburgh Festival and can also be seen in the popular BBC1 sitcom Not Going Out alongside Lee Mack, his fellow comedian and close friend.

The 44-year-old received the best joke of the festival prize from TV channel Dave at Edinburgh last year.

Vine also released a new DVD entitled Punslinger in 2010, but for those who prefer to enjoy comedy live on stage, his gig at the Truro venue looks set to be an unmissable event.
