Phenomenal Pioneer Of The Arts In Fort Myers Earns Membership In The Prestigious Community Of Stanford Who's Who
Stanford Who's Who welcomes Barbara B. Mann to the ranks of premier professionals as a result of her extraordinary effort in the Community Services Industry.
FORT MYERS, FL, April 24, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Barbara B. Mann to the ranks of premier professionals as a result of her extraordinary effort in the Community Services Industry. As President of Fort Myers Community Concert Association for the past 52 years, Barbara has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be among the best.
The Fort Myers Community Concert Association provides concert presentations at a variety of venues. Barbara is one of the founding members of the organization and has served as President since 1952.
Barbara performed as an organist and Choir Director for 30 years. She has served on the boards of the Fort Myers Symphony Orchestra, the Lee County Alliance of the Arts and has received numerous awards. The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, an 1,800 seat concert hall located at Edison State College, was named after her for her pioneering of the arts community in Fort Myers.
During her educational career, Barbara earned a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities from Edison State College. She is a member of several patriotic organizations.
