When Harry Met Sally, a stage adaptation of the much-loved movie, opens at the Madinat Jumeirah's First Group Theatre on Tuesday November 16th.

People staying in Dubai hotels have until November 27th to see the production, which is sure to delight both fans of the film and those who are new to the classic story.

The show is getting its Middle East premiere following a successful run in London's West End, where the cast included American stars Alyson Hannigan, Luke Perry and Molly Ringwald.

In the Dubai production, the main characters will be played by John Cusworth and Gillian Budd.

Written by Nora Ephron and directed by Rob Reiner, When Harry Met Sally became a huge word-of-mouth hit when it arrived on screen in 1989.

The film, which stars Billy Crystal as Harry and Meg Ryan as Sally, provided an archetype for the 'rom-com' genre and boasted iconic performances from its two lead actors.

Tickets for the Dubai show are available now, priced at 150 UAE dirhams (GBP25.60). Matinee performances cost 120 dirhams and group deals are also available.
