BILBAO, SPAIN, July 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tickle your funny bone by checking out El Cavernicola, which is being performed by Nancho Novo in Bilbao.

Hotel Bilbao guests can be sure that the script of this monologue will be entertaining, as it received an Olivier Award back in 2000.

It was originally written by Californian Rob Becker and entitled Defending the Caveman, with the show attempting to resolve the war of the sexes through a mixture of comedy, therapy and lecture.

The production has broken records on Broadway for being the longest-running one-man show and has been translated into more than 30 different languages.

One of these adaptations is being performed by Nancho Novo at Bilbao's Euskalduna Jauregia venue most days from August 20th to September 12th.

Novo delivered sell-out shows when he performed in Madrid recently, which suggests this production is likely to be popular in the Basque city as well.

Describing the act, the organisers said: "A hilarious voyage into the male and female brain that proves that there are no limits to the struggle of the sexes."

Entrance to this show costs EUR23 (GBP19.30), with tickets available at the venue or online.

Performance times vary depending on the day, but all of them start at 20:00 local time or later.
