"Interested contestants will audition before a panel of industry insiders," instructs YEEC, executive James A. Smith, "everyone needs to bring their A-Game". Chosen contestants will perform in the New Voices 2010 event arena, sharing the night with some of the music industry's biggest names! Winners will be selected in the categories' of Hip Hop/Spoken Word, R&B, and Pop to compete in the New Voices 2010 Finale! "Opening the doors for new talent has always been an important role that I take very seriously. I understand that the songs of one generation are the stepping stones of the next generation. New Voices 2010 contestants will receive performance and expert advice from Brian Jennings (Universal Music Group), Rick Ross, Waka Flocka Flame, Jazze Pha, Debra Antney and Nick Cannon, just to name a few.

With auditions scheduled in cities across the United States signed on to judge and critique New Voices contestants are some of the industry's top A&R's, management teams, producers and songwriters; each individually responsible for some of today's biggest records and brightest stars. The New Voices 2010 Finale will lay the foundation for fame; artists selected for participation in the finale will compete in front of music legends - Rev. Run and Antonio "LA" Reid!
