Frances A. Bell Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Frances A. Bell Oversees a Music Program for Jersey City Public Schools

SOMERSET, NJ, December 3, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ --Frances A. Bell, Teacher for Jersey City Public Schools, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in music education.

Ms. Bell has 25 years of experience as an educator and has devoted most of her career to Jersey City Public Schools. Known for her expertise in teaching music, singing and playing the guitar, she is tasked with overseeing national programs, young scholars programs and Little Kids Rock, an initiative that provides students with free music lessons. Ms. Bell became a teacher because she wanted to show her son how valuable education was and to raise him in an environment of learning; she attributes her success to never taking her job for granted and working as though she needs to strive to keep it.

A student at Kaplan University, Ms. Bell is currently pursuing her Master of Science. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 1984 at New Jersey City University. She volunteers regularly with Playwrights Theatre, Madison. Ms. Bell aspires to become a school administrator within the next five years.
